| There are many students in normal schools
who are not performing up to the mark or whose performance is deteriorating
day by day. Many children exhibit behavioral problems, which interfere
with the efficient learning or sometimes a child, is performing
well in most areas and poor on others, despite all the efforts.
DIRECTION Clinical Screening Centre is designed to identify and
cure all these problems along with other developmental and psychological
issues of special children, thus striving to make our nation’s
future better. We remain in close contact with the parents/teachers
and care takers for any problems that come during the process and
advice them, accordingly. DIRECTION Clinical Screening Centre is offering Psychological Assessment in the areas of intelligence, school achievement, emotional and behavioral problems, language, child development, neuropsychology and syndrome specific tests designed specially to identify Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism, Asperger’s Disorder, Dyslexia and Learning Disabilities etc. Psychological assessment helps to get better understanding of one’s current level. It also helps to diagnose the problem that a child is facing and on the basis of which proper treatment can be planned. We offer: Complete Psychological Assessment: For assessment we employ the most comprehensive, latest, and specialized tests to identify problems areas. Individualized Educational Program (IEP): IEP is a written document summarizing the child’s current educational performance, annual goals and short term objectives; nature and projected duration of the child’s special services; and methods of evaluating progress, based upon the assessment. Behavior Modification Plans: It is a set of techniques based on learning principles aims to correct the undesirable, destructive behavior. We provide complete management plan based on effective standardized techniques for managing child’s behavior at home and at school. Follow up sessions are also offered. Therapeutic
and Counseling Services: We offer therapeutic and counseling
services to deal with fears, anxiety, phobias, adjustment
and conduct problems, for improving study habits, learning and
communication skills, enhancing memory and concentration. |
